You have taken great care in selecting Hollis & Germann, Inc. as the Cart to provide for the music needs of your family. You want to build a relationship with a company that you can trust, and at Hollis & Germann, Inc. we know that you have high expectations for us. Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE AN ORIGINAL COPY OF A RECEIPT OR PURCHASE ORDER.

RETURNS AND EXHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

REFUNDS OF CASH OR CHECK PURCHASES OVER $50 WILL BE ISSUED BY CHECK WITHIN 14 DAYS.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURCHASES:

• Instruments

• Special Orders and Back Orders.

• Drop Shipments.

 

• Hollis & Germann, Inc.cannot be held responsible if a merchandise is a different version or name than the one expected at the time of purchase and does not consider that product to be defective.

Hollis & Germann, Inc. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN OF ANY M E R C H A N D I S E AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.

Hollis & Germann, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties. Hollis & Germann, Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card.

 

Customers under the age of 18:

It is Hollis & Germann, Inc.policy not to knowingly sell to or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18.

 

Back orders
Hollis & Germann, Inc. does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith send to a customer. In that instance we will refund your credit/Debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax and shipping charges. Please note that in the rare instance that a backordered item occurs, your order's processing time will not be adversely affected.

 

Limitation of Warranties, Disclaimer of Damages

Even though, it is strongly recommended that customers contact the manufacturer directly for technical support since they produce the products and have the best knowledge of those products. Please email support @hollisgermannmusic.com for Tech Support. Your email will be answered within 48 hours. No Tech Support will be offered over the phone.

 

Return Instructions

 

Call Hollis & Germann, Inc. at (412) 531-2781 or email sales @hollisgermannmusic.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After a RMA number has been issued carefully repack the instrument in the original shipping materials. Enclosc a copy of your invoice and a note with a complete description of what was wrong with the instrument. Please be sure to include your return shipping address along with your telephone number and email address. Ship it insured via UPS to:

The customer assumes full responsibility for the care and return of any merchandise. A refund will be made (less shipping charges) upon the return and inspection of the merchandise. Any damage or missing accessories will be billed before a refund will be processed. Damaged merchandise will be assessed by Hollis & Germann, Inc. repair staff at a rate.
